Conga-Connect (Multi-Edge Device)

Intelligent Gateway to securely connect systems on the shop floor (=operations technology, ‘OT’) with IT and cloud systems. Hardware works as a ‘data projector’ at the edge between physical world and IT and ensures secure connectivity on data level, transferring data between different interfaces and protocol stacks. The modular software stack allows to configure the solution for virtually any connectivity scenario, to seamlessly translate between different protocols, to unify communication streams, ultimately generating unified data lakes at the edge between OT and IT. Data projection can be defined in both directions, thus allowing to feed data securely back into production environments. Seamless integration includes integration of most common cloud platform systems, thus making selective data forwarding all the way into cloud platforms as easy as it could be. All functionalities can be defined without programming skills via configurations accessible via the integrated web frontend.

The solution can optionally be used as an energy management system and is certified in accordance with DIN EN 50.001 standard.
