Connected Ranger, an smart fleet and asset tracker, is an industry-grade geolocation device for both indoor and outdoor usage. The device is used to track assets or shipments, geo-fencing, warehouse inventory such as roll cages, and equipment leasing. The device scans the strongest surrounding Wi-Fi APN:s and sends 2 MAC-addresses to your data platform via the Sigfox network; world’s leading IoT service provider with their 0G network. The data is then refined to correspond to the physical geolocation of the asset tracked. Simple mounting onto any surface using screws or zip-ties and has an ultra long default battery life, all at an affordable expense. Natively, the device works with our IoT platform – FoxerIoT, but is not limited in connectivity to other data management software.
