Owasys owa344 – Linux IoT Gateway

The Owasys owa344 is a compact IoT gateway for vehicles and industrial machines. It collects data from your machines, processes it on site and sends only the important information to Cumulocity.

The owa344 is the entry-level device of the Owasys family. You can mount it in a vehicle or on a DIN rail in a control cabinet. In addition, built-in security features protect your data from the start.

• Manage vehicle fleets: Collect data from cars, trucks, buses, forklifts or agricultural machines.
• Download tachograph data remotely: Get driver and vehicle records without visiting the vehicle.

Connected to Cumulocity

The owa344 connects to Cumulocity with the free software agent thin-edge.io. After setup, you can:

• see live data, events and alarms,
• check device health and restart devices remotely,
• install and update software over the air,
• access the device securely from anywhere.
